a. To protect the screen printed surface, the screen printed surface should be placed facing up when you feed the screen printed glass into the glass tempering furnace.

b. Make sure the screen printed glass is dry before tempering;

c. The screen printed glass may bend, which can be solved by adjusting the air pressure; 

d. No S02 gas should be used during tempering. The glass tempering heating time is correlated with the color of the screen printed glass.
