1. Stainless Steel cloth

Stainless Steel Cloth is made by weaving or knitting very fine 100% stainless steel fibers. With the smooth surface and high temperature resistance of the stainless steel fibers, they are suitable as protection for parts that come in contact with hot glass to prevent thermal shock and micro cracks. It is used primarily to cover moulds and hot parts. Its continuous working temperature is up to 650°C.

2. Roller Sleeves / Socks

Fortemp has developed several types of sleeves made of different heat resistant textile material such as stainless steel fiber, PBO, Alumina Ceramic Fiber (Aluminum Oxide Al2O3), Aramid Fiber or blended fibers. The inner diameter of our sleeves ranges from Ø10mm to Ø100mm.

3. Quench Ring Covering

Our quench ring cover combines thermal resistant with softness and durable, good tensile with smooth surface. Our thermal resistant net can improve the smooth appearance of glass, reduce marks on glass edges and minimize production cost. This product is usually applied to molding covering for automotive glass and other glass manufacture process.
